Where are you located?
Our office is located at 165 Dundas Street West, Suite 116, Mississauga. We are accessible by both GO Transit and the Mississauga public transit system, MiWay. We are at the corner of Confederation Parkway and Dundas Street West in Mississauga.
Is your location wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we have ramps, elevators and automated doors for wheelchair and walker access.
What should I bring on my first visit?
In order to access our services at no cost, please be sure to bring your Permanent Resident Card (PR Card), as well as any other documentation specified at the time of your appointment booking. You will also need to fill out our Intake Form prior to or upon arrival for your appointment, so please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. We remain closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Do you have online/virtual appointments and classes?
Yes, we have both in-person and online classes and appointments available. We also have online evening classes to accommodate various schedules. Get in touch with us for any queries.
